智通财经APP讯，融科控股(02323)发布公告，于2024年4月23日，Tian Yuan法律代表根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例的条文向香港高等法院原讼法庭提出清盘呈请，要求根据2025年第235号公司清盘程序将公司清盘。根据2019年贷款协议及2019年担保，涉及指称未付金额6.815亿港元，包括未偿还本金6.60亿港元、应计利息2.676亿港元、拖欠利息2574.54万港元减抵销金额2.718亿港元。呈请的第一次聆讯将于2024年6月25日举行。
