远大医药：丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂获批 脓毒症创新产品将于近期公布临床结果
本报讯 （记者金婉霞）4月22日，远大医药集团有限公司（下称“远大医药”）公告称，公司开发的丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂已获得国家药监局颁发的药品注册证书，该产品为国内首仿上市，并已进入国家医保目录和国家基本用药目录。丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂是国内过敏性鼻炎治疗的首选用药之一，长期以来以外资销售为主。此次远大医药推出的国内首仿上市产品，将有望打破外资产品的市场垄断。
公开资料显示，呼吸及危重症领域为远大医药的核心战略领域之一，公司在呼吸疾病治疗领域已形成了较为完备的产品组合。根据公司2024年年报，远大医药呼吸及危重症板块去年实现收入约17.1亿港元，同比增长近27%。
其中，在鼻炎领域，远大医药目前已成为国内治疗过敏性鼻炎产品管线最全的企业之一，除丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂外，远大医药的另一款首仿上市的鼻用皮质类固醇药布地奈德鼻喷雾剂已于2023年11月份在国内首仿上市，另正在积极推进糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的注册工作。此外，值得注意的是，针对全球最难研发适应症脓毒症，远大医药布局的创新产品STC3141已于2024年12月完成Ⅱ期临床的全部患者入组并给药，并预计将在近期公布临床结果。
对于未来发展，远大医药表示，公司将继续采用自主研发与全球拓展的研发理念，打造气道慢病全周期管理产品集群和危重症产品管线，不断巩固公司在该领域的行业地位。
