The company said it expects to record a pre-tax, non-cash impairment charge of $121 million to $162 million in Q2 related to its high-density polyethylene pipe and conduit assets due to unfavorable market conditions, public spending constraints, and the emergence of competing technology for federal stimulus funding.
Atkore said it maintained its fiscal year 2025 guidance of $5.75 to $6.85 in adjusted EPS and $2.85 billion to $2.95 billion in net sales. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $6.09 and $2.85 billion, respectively.
