实德环球(00487.HK) 副主席马浩文表示，集团旗下在澳门的酒店，暂时订房率约60%，与去年相若。房价主要受到供应增加及经济环境影响，按年下调约10%至介乎1,600至1,800元。
他表示，访澳旅客一般在五一长假期前一星期才订酒店，相信订房率可以逾90%。
不过，他提到，贸易战下消费信心一般，虽然人流未有下跌，但人均消费可能减少，预计五一长假期的赌收持平，料在低单位数上落，关键需视乎关税对经济的影响，及人民币汇价对内地旅客消费力的影响。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
