荃信生物与Caldera Therapeutics签独家授权协议
4月24日，荃信生物-B（02509）发布公告，2025年4月23日，公司与Caldera Therapeutics签订了一项独家授权协议，授权Caldera Therapeutics在全球范围内开发和商业化QX030N。
根据协议，Caldera Therapeutics需支付一次性不可退还的预付款1000万美元，并将向公司提供约24.88%的股权。此外，若达到特定临床开发、监管和商业里程碑，公司可获得最高5.45亿美元的额外付款，并在QX030N首次商业销售后从Caldera Therapeutics的销售净额中收取分级特许权使用费。
