Keppel (SGX:BN4) unit M1 Ltd. completed the acquisition of shares in Vietnam-based ADG National Investment and Technology Development on Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In October 2024, M1 Ltd., via its subsidiary AP Tech Holding, had agreed to acquire a 70% stake in ADG National Investment for a maximum aggregate consideration of about 719.9 billion Vietnamese dong.
ADG's principal activities involve the distribution of information and communication technology in Singapore.
Keppel shares were up over 4% in recent trading.
