Identitii (ASX:ID8) appointed Tim Phillipps as executive chair, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Phillipps joined the regulatory technology company as non-executive director in May 2021. He was appointed non-executive chair in June 2022, per the filing.
