雅生活服务发布公告，于2025年4月17日（交易时段后），雅居乐控股与公司订立框架协议，据此，雅居乐控股将出售及公司将收购目标A安徽安普环保科技有限公司的70%股权；及目标B聊城雅居乐环保科技有限公司的100%股权。
根据框架协议并于该日，买方北海乐启投资有限公司（公司全资附属公司）与卖方分别订立协议，据此，买方同意有条件收购而相应卖方同意出售目标A的70%股权；及目标B的100%的股权，总对价为人民币6060万元。
