　　赛伯乐国际控股（01020）发布公告，公司认为委聘另一家会计师事务所尽快完成审计工作，符合公司及全体股东整体利益，并请求北京兴华考虑辞任公司的核数师，而北京兴华亦同意辞任。

　　经审核委员会推荐后，董事会已决议天健国际会计师事务所有限公司（天健国际）获委任为核数师，自2024年4月17日起生效，以填补因北京兴华辞任产生的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
