智通财经APP讯，潼关黄金(00340)发布公告，认购协议所载的所有先决条件均已达成，且认购事项已根据认购协议的条款及条件于2025年4月22日完成。
合共约3.27亿股新股份已按认购价每股认购股份0.69港元配发及发行予认购人。约3.27亿股认购股份占紧接完成前公司全部已发行股本约8.04%，及占紧随完成后公司经配发及发行认购股份而扩大的已发行股本约7.45%。
认购事项所得款项净额估计约2.25亿港元。董事拟将所得款项净额用作以下用途：约8000万港元用于建设日处理量450吨的金矿生产线;约5000万港元用于进行矿山钻探活动;约2000万港元用于在集团采矿地点兴建宿舍及相关设施;约1300万港元用于绿色矿山建设;及余下所得款项用作补充集团的营运资金。
