国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人(双柏县晶科电力有限公司)于2025年4月22日(交易时段后)订立融资租赁合同，据此，(1)出租人同意以代价人民币6.9亿元向承租人购买租赁物，及(2)出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为216个月。

据悉，租赁物为位于中国云南省楚雄彝族自治州双柏县的发电设备。租赁物的评估值合计约为7.24亿元。租赁本金与转让价款金额一致，合计6.9亿元;租赁利息于租赁期内总额合计约3亿元。
