Yida China Holdings (HKG:3639)logged an unaudited contracted sales of 56 million yuan, with attributable sales reaching 53 million yuan, according to its bourse filing last Thursday.

The group sold 4,052 square meters of gross floor area, with an average selling price of 13,826 yuan per square meters.

For the first quarter, total contracted sales were 172 million yuan, while attributable sales stood at 155 million yuan.

The area sold during this period was 14,621 square meters, with an ASP of 11,764 yuan per square meters.

The figures are preliminary and unaudited, subject to potential adjustments in future financial disclosures, said the filing.
