　　万达酒店发展（00169）盘中涨超27%，截至发稿，股价上涨11.83%，现报0.52港元，成交额1696.86万港元。

　　4月17日，万达酒店发展与同程旅行共同发布公告称，万达酒店发展拟将旗下子公司100%股权出售给同程旅行。万达酒店发展方面称，本次交易预期所获款项净额24亿元，将以股息的方式向股东分派全部或大部分所得款项。按控股比例测算，万达集团此次可回笼资金约15.6亿元。
