4月22日，云顶新耀-B发布公告，就根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第18A ．12条向香港联合交易所有限公司（联交所）所作出的申请，联交所已授出批准上市规则第18A ．09条至第18A ．11条（相关规则）不适用于公司的申请。由于相关规则不适用，公司的英文及中文股份简称将不再加上标记“B”。公司将于适当时候就删除标记“B”的生效日期另行公布。
据了解，顺利摘B体现的是市场对于18A企业内在价值逐步提高的认可。近年来已有至少12家18A企业顺利“摘B”，并在“摘B”后实现了规模化估值增长。近日中金发布研报表示，公司研发药估值开始体现，因此大幅上调目标价133%至70港元，维持“跑赢行业”评级。
