消息面上，国华此前发布公告，董事局建议将公司英文名称由“ China Best Group Holding Limited”改为“Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited”，并采纳及于百慕达登记中文名称“港仔机器人集团控股有限公司”为公司第二名称，取代其当前中文名称“国华集团控股有限公司”。
值得注意的是，4月21日，国华与达闼战略合作暨港仔机器人公司成立媒体见面会在京举办。国华集团控股有限公司与达闼机器人股份有限公司高层领导出席。双方通过展示合资公司港仔机器人的核心技术积淀、发展规划及场景聚焦，传递对未来发展的坚定信心，共同开启人形机器人商业化新纪元。据了解，港仔机器人自3月初成立以来，已在康养、医疗检测、物业、教育等领域布局落地，面向未来10万亿级别的产业赛道，将凭借深厚的核心技术在国际竞争中抢占先发优势，为中国机器人产业发展贡献智慧与力量。
