【陆磊：《上海国际金融中心进一步提升跨境金融服务便利化行动方案》从五方面有力支持企业“走出去”】金十数据4月23日讯，针对近日发布的《上海国际金融中心进一步提升跨境金融服务便利化行动方案》，人民银行副行长陆磊表示，为满足经营主体对跨境金融服务便利化的核心需求，人民银行会同相关部门围绕打通堵点、破除痛点、解决难点的思路，在广泛调研基础上形成本次行动方案。行动方案将有力支持企业“走出去”，促进经济高质量发展。行动方案主要包括五个方面：一是提高跨境结算效率，便利企业全球资金管理；二是完善汇率避险服务，提高全球金融背景下的外汇风险管理和应对能力；三是强化融资服务，助力企业全球投融资，拓展境内外双向融资渠道；四是加强保险保障，提升全球经营背景下的风险管理水平，提升出口信用保险保单服务能级；五是完善综合金融服务，提升全球配置能力，提升全球资产管理便利化程度。
