Korea Aerospace Industries (KRX:047810) presented its KF-21 supersonic fighter jet to a UAE Air Force delegation, enhancing export prospects in the Middle East, Pulse News reported Friday.
During the visit to KAI's Sacheon headquarters, UAE Air Warfare Center Commander Al-Nuaimi became the first foreign military official to test-fly the KF-21 prototype. The delegation also toured production lines for the KF-21 and FA-50, the report said.
KAI CEO Kang Goo-young said the visit deepens military ties and supports future defense collaboration between South Korea and the UAE.
