【中国人民银行等四部门：支持QDLP试点企业完成境内资金募集、基金设立后，按照境外主基金需求分批汇兑出境】金十数据4月21日讯，央行等四部门联合印发《上海国际金融中心进一步提升跨境金融服务便利化行动方案》，其中提出，提升全球资产管理便利化程度。支持合格境内有限合伙人（QDLP）试点企业在符合规定前提下合理提升募集资金使用效率，允许认购境内低风险等级（R2及以下）的货币基金、现金管理类理财、定期存款等短期现金管理产品，根据境外主基金开放特点认购境外现金管理产品。支持QDLP试点企业完成境内资金募集、基金设立后，按照境外主基金需求分批汇兑出境。支持拓展QDLP募资来源，探索募集本币、外币资金。
