国家税务总局今天（21日）公布一起网络主播管理机构伙同不法中介虚开、偷税、骗补重大案件。经查，广东惠州高赋帅文化传媒有限公司通过设立空壳企业虚开发票1196份，价税合计2.26亿元，为700余名主播偷逃个人所得税3200余万元，公司少缴各项税费合计约2100万元。近日，惠州市税务局稽查局依法对该公司进行了处罚。

这家公司是一家网络主播管理机构，也就是俗称的“MCN机构”，是连接直播平台和网络主播重要中间环节。该公司涉嫌逃避个人所得税代扣代缴义务、策划帮助旗下主播偷逃税款、虚开增值税专用发票，并伙同不法中介机构骗取地方奖补等，严重扰乱了税收征管秩序，破坏了公平竞争的市场环境。
