【青岛：今年计划新增城镇住房约5.77万套 推动房地产市场回稳】金十数据4月23日讯，山东省青岛市住房和城乡建设局22日发布青岛市2025年住房发展计划。根据计划，青岛今年计划新增各类住宅用地供应量227公顷。全市新增城镇住房约5.77万套。其中，上市商品住宅约2万套，基本建成安置房约3.57万套，新增保障性住房0.2万套（间）。以政府为主保障工薪群体刚性住房需求，坚持“政府主导、多元参与、市场运作”原则，完善租购并举的住房制度，推进配租型保障性住房筹集和供应，加快配售型保障性住房建设和销售，推行城中村安置新模式，加快实现群众回迁安置。计划重点要求持续办好移动房交会、房展推介会、“五进”群团购等促销活动，用好青年人才购房券，探索实施住房“以旧换新”。充分发挥公积金保障作用，加大购房支持力度，落实好租房提取优惠政策，推动房地产市场回稳。
