4月21日金融一线消息，建设银行今日发布关于金磐石首席信息官辞任的公告。公告显示，董事会今日收到金磐石辞呈。因年龄原因，金磐石提请辞去建设银行首席信息官职务，金磐石的辞任自 2025 年 4 月 21 日起生效。
公告指出，金磐石对本行董事、监事及高级管理人员的支持和帮助表示真诚的感谢，并祝愿建设银行事业蓬勃发展。
同时，建设银行表示，金磐石先生担任本行首席信息官期间，勤勉敬业、履职尽责，在建立健全公司科技治理体系、推动 IT 战略规划实施、提升信息科技风险管理能力、推进金融科技创新和数字化转型等方面做出重要贡献。本行董事会对金磐石先生的重要贡献给予高度评价并深表感谢。
公开资料显示，金磐石自2021年3月起出任建设银行首席信息官，自2018年2月起任建设银行信息总监。自2010年1月至2018年2月任建设银行信息技术管理部总经理；2007年12月至2010年1月任建设银行审计部总经理；2004年11月至2007年12月任建设银行监事会办公室副主任；2004年10月至2016年11月担任建设银行监事；2001年6月至2004年10月任建设银行审计部副总经理。金磐石是高级工程师、注册信息系统审计师，1986年吉林工业大学计算机应用专业大学本科毕业，1989年吉林工业大学计算机应用专业硕士研究生毕业，2010年获清华大学高级工商管理硕士学位。
