智通财经APP获悉，津上机床中国(01651)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.76%，报22港元，成交额3457.16万港元。
消息面上，津上机床中国公布，预计截至2025年3月底止全年度录得纯利约7.82亿元人民币同比增加约60%。主要由于国内制造业信心逐步恢复，包括汽车行业、气动液压行业和一般机械加工行业的资本开支增长。此外，集团持续努力在汽车零部件的细分领域、医疗行业等增加渗透，导致对集团的数控高精密机床需求量增加。同时，集团推进全员参与的降本增效改善活动取得显着成效。
值得注意的是，公司此前公告称，全资附属公司津上精密机床(浙江)有限公司与平湖经济技术开发区管理委员会就拟通过公开拍卖方式收购位于平湖经济技术开发区的公司的第四工厂相邻地块达成协议。为提高公司产能，拟于该土地上建造新生产工厂，新设施有助于公司满足汽车以及人形机器人及人工智能行业等下游行业快速发展所带来的对数控高精密机床日益增长的需求。
