凤凰网科技讯 4月23日，路透社报道，一位高管周三表示，随着智谱AI准备进行首次公开募股（IPO），该公司正通过与阿里云合作来加快其海外扩张步伐。
智谱AI副总裁林超婷在亚洲科技会议GITEX上向听众表示，该公司正在向全球各国政府进行推销，以帮助它们推出本地化的主权AI代理。
她说，智谱AI目前在中东、新加坡、英国和马来西亚设有办事处，并在亚洲各地，包括印度尼西亚和越南，运营着联合“创新中心”。
4月14日，中国证券监督管理委员会官网显示，北京智谱华章科技股份有限公司在北京证监局完成IPO辅导备案，由中金公司担任辅导机构。智谱成立于2019年，成立至今已完成14轮融资，近一个月完成了三轮战略融资。（作者/陈俊熹）
