欧洲央行行长拉加德在接受采访时表示，欧洲央行几乎已经实现将通胀率降至2%的目标，但在当前经济形势日益动荡的背景下，仍需保持灵活机变。

　　拉加德在出席国际货币基金组织（IMF）年会前表示，她和其他政策制定者在决定是否延续或暂停自2024年6月开始的降息周期时，必须“极度依赖数据”。

　　拉加德称，“我们正朝着2025年达成通胀目标的方向前进，当前的通胀回落进程非常顺利，几乎接近完成阶段”。她特别提到美国关税问题，并指出“我们也面临外部冲击，通胀的净影响还将取决于欧洲采取的应对措施及其他因素。”

　　在被问及近期欧元走强的问题时，拉加德承认这一走势“有些反常”，但表示这反映了欧元区的基本面状况。
