　　在截至 3 月的第一季度，NVR 的净利润和每股收益分别同比下降 24% 和 19%，降至 2.996 亿美元，即每股 94.83 美元。

　　第一季度的毛利率降至 21.9%，而 2024 年第一季度为 24.5%。
