智通财经APP获悉，亿胜生物科技(01061)盘中涨近16%，3月27日至今累计涨幅已超60%。截至发稿，涨11.52%，报4.55港元，成交额1469.44万港元。
消息面上，亿胜生物科技月初发布公告，HLX04-O（贝伐珠单抗）中国患者三期临床研究显示，HLX04-O在第48周最佳矫正视力（BCVA）较基线改善的平均字母数变化上非劣于雷珠单抗，达到主要研究终点。HLX04-O与雷珠单抗在湿性AMD患者中的整体、眼部及非眼部安全性特征相似，安全性良好。国际多中心三期临床研究正在多个欧洲国家、澳大利亚、美国有序开展，于2025年1月完成最后一名患者的最后一次访视。预计于2025年递交新药申请。
据介绍，亿胜生物科技和复宏汉霖合作开发贝伐珠单抗。HLX04-O是在复宏汉霖自主研发的汉贝泰(贝伐珠单抗注射液)的基础上，根据眼科用药的需求对汉贝泰(贝伐珠单抗注射液)的处方、规格和生产工艺进行优化，在活性成分不变的基础上，开发的新的眼科制剂产品，拟用于湿性AMD的治疗。
