Zeotech (ASX:ZEO) said its commercial-scale concrete demonstration using its high-reactivity metakaolin (HRM) product, AusPozz, exceeded the design strength target, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The trial, conducted at Holcim Australia's Brisbane batching plant, achieved a 28-day compressive strength of 62 megapascal (MPa), surpassing the 40 MPa target set for wind farm applications, the filing said.
The company plans to conduct further testing to explore higher substitution rates of GP cement with AusPozz, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose 3% in recent Wednesday trade.
