美国油气巨头康菲石油公司（ConocoPhillips）周二表示，计划进行裁员，以控制成本和精简运营。

　　此次裁员是油气行业痛苦的最新迹象，由于油价徘徊在每桶63美元左右，该行业正面临成本上升和收入下降的问题。许多公司表示，如果油价跌破每桶65美元，他们就无法盈利。

　　今年早些时候，石油巨头雪佛龙和斯伦贝谢也宣布了裁员计划。

　　两名消息人士表示，康菲石油已聘请波士顿咨询集团（Boston consulting Group）就重组和裁员计划提供咨询，该计划在内部被称为“竞争优势 ”（Competitive Edge）。

　　两名消息人士补充称，康菲石油已经开始重组其业务，并宣布将集中一些职能。

　　该公司以前有六个运营部门：阿拉斯加；美国本土48州；加拿大、欧洲、中东和北非；亚太地区和其他海外地区。

　　一位消息人士补充说：“在业务结构调整之后，公司和支持职能将进行重组。”

　　“我们一直在考虑如何更有效地利用我们拥有的资源，”康菲石油一位发言人在一份声明中表示，“作为这一过程的一部分，我们已经通知员工，预计将裁员。”

　　四名消息人士称，裁员的细节尚未公布，但预计将在今年第四季度进行。三位消息人士补充称，该公司尚未确定裁员规模。

　　根据其年度报告，截至2024年底，该公司在全球14个国家拥有约11800名员工。
