Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) said Chief Executive Paul Criddle has been charged with aggravated assault and has pleaded not guilty, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Criddle has taken leave while the matter is before the court, the filing said.
