Two units of Wasion Holdings (HKG:3393) have commenced the operations of their new factories in Indonesia and Malaysia, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
Willfar Information Technology's new factory in Bekasi Industrial Park, Indonesia, will focus on the research, development, and production of digital grid and smart city solutions.
Subsidiary Wasion Energy Technology's new factory in Johor Bahru, Johor State, Malaysia, will aim to transform Kulai District of Johor Bahru into a core hub for digital infrastructure and sustainable industrial growth.
The group now operates six local manufacturing facilities globally, with the other four located in Mexico, Brazil, Tanzania, and Hungary.
