国务院新闻办今天（21日）举行新闻发布会，工业和信息化部相关负责人表示，持续支持服务业扩大开放综合试点建设，围绕电信领域，加大开放政策供给。

工业和信息化部相关负责人表示，《关于加快推进服务业扩大开放综合试点工作方案》中，取消互联网接入服务、信息服务等业务的外商投资股比限制，并向外资开放了国内互联网虚拟专用网业务，面向天津、上海等地研究支持进一步扩大增值电信业务对外开放。

工业和信息化部信息通信发展司司长谢存表示，工业和信息化部在算力中心建设、软件和信息服务业对外开放等其他服务领域也提出了开放举措，支持开展创新探索。推动电信领域有关开放政策落地实施。
