智通财经APP讯，中信金融资产(02799)发布公告，经董事会于2025年4月23日召开的董事会会议审议通过，袁欣女士获提名为公司非执行董事，其将自公司股东大会审议通过，并经国家金融监督管理总局核准其董事任职资格后履职，任期3年，任期届满可连选连任。
鉴于安永华明会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)和安永会计师事务所(统称“安永”)已连续5年为公司提供审计服务，综合考虑公司业务发展及审计工作需求等情况，依据公开招标选聘结果，董事会建议聘请立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)和香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司为公司2025年境内、外审计机构，任期自2024年度股东大会批准之日起至2025年度股东大会结束之日止。该建议聘任须待公司股东于2024年度股东大会上批准，方告生效。安永作为公司核数师的任期于公司2024年度股东大会结束之日届满。
