USA Rare Earth (USAR) said Tuesday it has agreed with The StudBuddy to ship about 20 metric tons of finished sintered neodymium magnets to StudBuddy each year.
The companies also plan on negotiating a detailed, multi-year supply agreement, USA Rare Earth said.
Shares of the company were down about 5.6% in recent trading.
