智通财经APP讯，亨鑫科技(01085)发布公告，公司的附属公司上海掌御信息科技有限公司(上海掌御)于近日中标了“北京大学智能学院AI服务器集群采购项目”，上海掌御作为供方，已与采购方北京大学签订了相应的货物采购合同。
根据货物采购合同，上海掌御将为北京大学智能学院提供高算力GPU服务器、管理服务器、资源管理平台及相关数据安全配套设备，并承接全部设备的部署与运维服务。
董事会认为上海掌御于上述项目的成功中标，标志着集团多元化策略下新开辟的数字安全与云计算服务具备明显的业务转化能力，夯实了集团在高性能计算领域的市场份额，凸显从硬件供应到系统集成的全链条服务能力，为集团后续参与更高级算力网络节点建设奠定基础。
董事会预期借着上述货物采购合同的签订，将可持续改善集团的盈利能力，有利于集团的长远发展。
