智通财经APP获悉，比亚迪股份(01211)早盘高开逾6%，截至发稿，涨4.15%，报391.4港元，成交额7.37亿港元。
消息面上，比亚迪股份公布2024年度利润分配及资本公积金转增股本方案，拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利人民币39.74元(含税)，现金红利总额约为约人民币120.77亿元，每10股送红股8股，以资本公积金每10股转增12股。本次送红股及资本公积金转增股本方案实施后，比亚迪总股本将由30.39亿股增加至91.17亿股。
