消息面上，歌礼制药发布公告，公司董事会宣布其ASC30每日一次口服片在美国肥胖症受试者(BMI：30-40 kg/m²)中开展的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照Ib期多剂量递增 (MAD)研究(NCT06680440)取得积极顶线结果。公告称，ASC30是一款正在临床研究中的小分子GLP-1R偏向激动剂，具有独特和差异化性质，使得同一小分子同时适用于皮下注射和口服片剂给药成为可能。ASC30是一种新化学实体(NCE)，拥有美国和全球化合物专利保护，专利保护期至2044年。
此外，4月14日，辉瑞因潜在肝损伤终止开发GLP-1小分子受体激动剂Danuglipron。4月17日，礼来宣布口服药Orforglipron的III期ACHIEVE-1研究取得积极顶线结果，在糖化血红蛋白管理、体重控制和安全性方面均与注射剂型相仿，即将申报上市。据悉，目前歌礼制药旗下ASC30是唯一一款即可以口服，又可以超长效皮下注射的小分子GLP-1药物。
