智通财经APP获悉。4月24日，香港联交所向智富资源投资控股集团有限公司(00007)前独立非执行董事颜锦彪先生作出董事不适合性声明及谴责。
董事不适合性声明是指联交所认为，颜先生不适合担任该公司或其任何附属公司的董事或高级管理阶层职务。
颜锦彪于2018年6月11日至2024年7月11日担任该公司独立非执行董事。在2024年7月8日发布的监管通讯中，联交所公开谴责颜锦彪，并指令颜锦彪于90日内完成17小时的培训，及在完成培训后两周内提供有关其完全合规的证据。
此外，颜锦彪须就其拟参加的培训事先取得联交所批准。载有培训指令的监管公告发布时，颜锦彪仍为该公司董事。因此，颜锦彪清楚知道自己有责任按照培训指令接受培训。联交所向颜锦彪发出过有关遵守培训指令的提醒。然而，颜锦彪未有遵守培训指令，亦未有向联交所提交任何培训建议以寻求批准，以及未有回应联交所。
上市委员会裁定颜锦彪违反培训指令，颜锦彪的行为亦属蓄意违规，且情况严重，反映其严重漠视培训指令，明显不适合担任该公司或其任何附属公司的董事或高级管理阶层职务。联交所现向其作出董事不适合性声明。
