比亚迪布局机器人触觉感知，入股国内领军企业帕西尼
凤凰网科技讯（作者/于雷）4月24日，据爱企查App显示，帕西尼感知科技（深圳）有限公司完成工商变更，新增比亚迪为股东，标志着这家触觉技术领域的新锐企业再获产业链巨头加持。该公司成立于2021年，法定代表人许晋诚，注册资本约846.6万元，主营业务覆盖电子元器件制造、工业与服务消费机器人研发生产等。
作为国内少数实现触觉传感器自主可控的企业，帕西尼感知科技以高精度多维触觉感知技术为核心，其ITPU触觉传感系统可精准识别物体六维位姿（位置+姿态），打破海外企业对高端传感器市场的垄断。公司产品线从触觉传感器、机器人关节模组延伸至人形机器人整机制造，已在工业质检、医疗康复等场景实现商业化应用。2024年，帕西尼连续完成A轮及A+轮数亿元融资，创下全球触觉技术领域融资规模新高。
技术突破层面，帕西尼推出的第二代类人机器人TORA-ONE搭载近2000颗自研触觉传感器，其灵巧手DexH13可完成端咖啡、拧螺丝等精细化操作，触觉感知灵敏度达国际领先水平。创始人许晋诚师从日本机器人权威菅野重树教授，研发团队核心成员来自早稻田大学机器人实验室。
目前，帕西尼技术已落地深圳地铁智能安检等场景，商业化进程持续加速。
