消息面上，4月21日，国华与达闼战略合作暨港仔机器人公司成立媒体见面会在京举行。此次国华与达闼的携手，是经过多轮审慎评估与战略考量的成果。国华以合作及投资控股方式进入人形机器人领域，达闼在研发创新层面发挥主导作用。
据介绍，港仔机器人将锚定定制化机器人开发制造，精准对接教育、医疗健康、长者照护、物业管理等多元场景需求，打造一站式模型即服务(MaaS)解决方案。同时，港仔机器人成立研究院，将形成一个跨学科的研究倡议及平台，可支持及促进机器人相关研究、开发及应用，并汇聚一众行业伙伴，推动知识开发、应用及商业化。公司还将在香港设立并营运人形机器人的生产线，确保产品的稳定生产和供应，为市场的快速拓展提供有力保障。
