智通财经APP获悉，雅生活服务(03319)高开逾8%，截至发稿，涨8.3%，报2.74港元，成交额201.73万港元
消息面上，雅生活服务发布公告，于2025年4月17日(交易时段后)，雅居乐控股与公司订立框架协议，据此，雅居乐控股将出售及公司将收购目标A安徽安普环保科技有限公司的70%股权；及目标B聊城雅居乐环保科技有限公司的100%股权。
根据框架协议并于该日，买方北海乐启投资有限公司(公司全资附属公司)与卖方分别订立协议，据此，买方同意有条件收购而相应卖方同意出售目标A的70%股权；及目标B的100%的股权，总对价为人民币6060万元。
公告称，该等目标主要从事环保相关业务，预计可与公司城市服务板块的业务有机结合，形成一定的地域及客户协同效应。该等目标具备独立运营及拓展能力，经营性现金流可覆盖自身业务发展需要，预计不会对集团的主营业务和现金流产生任何重大影响。集团或将寻求与第三方合作经营，通过出租厂房或设备等，或将该等目标股权出售予第叁方，以换取现金回报。未来，集团仍将聚焦物业管理主业，以轻资产模式发展核心业务，持续加强回款力度和现金流管理，积极就应收款项结余与各方磋商，保障回款措施有效落地。
