消息面上，乐普生物此前发布公告，公司自主研发的候选药物MRG003的关键注册性IIb期研究结果入选2025年美国临床肿瘤学会年会的重磅研究摘要(LBA)，并将于会上进行口头报告。MRG003是一种表皮生长因子受体靶向抗体药物偶联物，主要用于治疗复发性或转移性鼻咽癌。
太平洋证券指出，MRG003是乐普生物研发的EGFR靶向ADC，鼻咽癌适应症NDA已获CDE的正式受理，并纳入优先审评，有望在2025年底或者2026年初获批，成为国内首款商业化的EGFR ADC。MRG003同步在美国开展临床试验，并获FDA授予BTD。华创证券则指出，乐普生物多款在研产品进入研发晚期，上市在即，ADC管线储备丰富，看好公司ADC单药/联合疗法差异化适应症布局。
