智通财经APP讯，智勤控股(09913)发布公告，本集团欣然宣布成立全新电子商务平台“数商时代”，并计划于本年度第二季正式推出。该平台将以支持主要来自中国的优质品牌扩展全球市场的战略模式营运，并使全球消费者能够以优惠价格获得优质产品。作为其用户参与策略的一部分，该平台将采用创新的忠诚度及奖励系统，使KOC及消费者均能根据其推广贡献及购买累积奖励积分。此外，本公司计划推出一项股权激励计划，其将根据KOC的推广贡献向其提供股份奖励。
于2025年4月23日，董事会决议采纳股份奖励计划，合资格参与者将有权参与该计划。根据该计划规则，股份将由独立受托人收购(费用由本公司承担)，并以信托方式为获选参与者持有，直至该等股份按照该计划规则归属为止。奖励股份将无偿转让予获选参与者(惟获选参与者应承担转让的所有交易费用)。于该计划期限内，根据该计划奖励的股份数目以本公司于采纳日期已发行股份总数的10%为限。
