Nio CEO says US investments must take into account policy stability

Shanghai, April 22 (Reuters) - William Li, CEO of Chinese electric vehicle maker Nio 9866.HK, said on Tuesday that any major investment in the U.S. required taking policy stability into consideration and that it was "unclear what a stable U.S. policy is."
