消息面上，宏信建发发布公告，2025年第一季度，随着春节后中国各行各业陆续复工，集团各主要品类设备出租率持续攀升，集团第一季度整体营业收入较去年同期保持增长，其中海外业务营业收入较去年同期大幅增长，占整体营业收入比例已超过15%。与此同时，集团业务在春节前后通常较为清淡，故第一季度归属于普通股股东的溢利呈季节性亏损状态，但第一季度亏损幅度较去年同期并未扩大，体现出集团良好的成本管控能力。
太平洋证券此前指出，公司不断丰富产品矩阵，积极拓展非建筑行业领域，实现在矿山机械租赁、海工船厂、石油化工等多元化的场景覆盖。公司持续优化资产结构，及时识别并处置低效资产，报告期内公司销售设备、材料及备件毛利同比+217.7%至5.1亿元。公司促进资产向高效地区、国家转移，海外资产管理规模已超过21亿元，海外收入总额同比增加超27倍至3.9亿元，并实现盈亏平衡。
