【中指研究院：厦门优化房票政策将对市场起到积极带动作用】金十数据4月23日讯，日前，厦门发布《关于进一步优化住宅房屋征收房票补偿安置政策的通知》，对房票政策进一步优化升级。中指研究院政策研究总监陈文静认为，该项政策优化将对厦门房地产市场起到积极带动作用。截至2025年2月25日，厦门累计开票金额66.4亿元，撬动购房金额100.3亿元，去化新房面积达31.7万平方米，占同期新房销售面积的四成，对厦门房地产市场起到了积极带动作用。
