Former Domain boss Antony Catalano has offered up his lavish penthouse in Melbourne’s St Moritz tower asking between $33 million and $36 million. If achieved, the penthouse would mark a record price for St Kilda, topping the $30 million Catalano and his wife Stefanie paid for the abode off-the-plan in late 2018.
The penthouse crowns the St Moritz building, which property developer and wellness guru Tim Gurner completed in 2022, named after the historic St. Moritz Ice Rink that previously occupied the site on The Esplanade.
