Excelerate Energy (EE) said Monday it a subsidiary has commenced an offering of $700 million worth of unsecured senior notes due 2030.
The company said it intends to use net proceeds from the offering, along with proceeds from a recent equity offering and cash on hand, to fund its $1.06 billion acquisition of New Fortress Energy's (NFE) Jamaica business and repay debt.
