UBS Group AG (UBS) and General Atlantic are in advanced talks to form a strategic partnership to enter the private credit market, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
An announcement on an agreement may be as soon as next week, the report said.
UBS didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
