智通财经APP讯，亿华通(02402)发布公告，由于刘小诗先生已连续六年担任独立非执行董事，并须根据中国证券监督管理委员会颁布之《上市公司独立董事管理办法》相关条文退任，故已提呈辞任独立非执行董事、董事会薪酬与考核委员会主席及董事会提名委员会主席。刘小诗先生的辞任将于公司截至2024年12月31日止年度的应届股东周年大会上本届董事会完结后生效，在此之前彼将继续履行其作为独立非执行董事、薪酬与考核委员会主席及提名委员会主席的职责。
