恒地(00012.HK) 旗下启德天泷再录成交。恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，天泷昨日(23日)再录3宗新成交，套现约1.3亿元。当中有大手买家斥资9,796万元购入第5座10楼A室及第5座10楼B室，实用面积1,382平方呎，成交价同为4,898万，成交呎价35,441元。另6座2楼A室，实用面积1,085平方呎，成交价3,127万，成交呎价28,820元。
